The Ontario Petroleum Institute Inc. is a legal entity constituted in the Province of Ontario under a By-Law of the Corporation.

The OPI is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of 12 elected members and the Immediate Past President is an ex-officio Director.  The Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting of the OPI for a two-year term.
