The affairs of the Ontario Petroleum Institute Inc. are managed by a Board of 13 Directors consisting of 13 elected members.  Six Directors shall be elected for a term of two years in the odd years and seven Directors shall be elected for their term of two years in the even years.  The Executive is elected by the Directors.
